Apple Watch Series 4 Face Change

My series 4 watch keep changing faces on its own after the new update. I’m not accidentally swiping it or touching it, so it’s not me changing it, and I’ve tried everything under the sun to fix it. Apple’s support suggestions don’t work. I need an actual fix for this or I’m returning this watch because it’s really annoying me that my picture won’t stay on what I choose. I have one picture in my watch face gallery and it’s switching between pictures that aren’t even in my watch app. Any suggestions that will actually work?
