How to find out if you are being hacked

I had call from Apple saying that my Apple ID was being used in Russia and this call was from Apple Support he said that the hackers were at a bad limit that’s what they call it at 19,500 so in order to reduce the bad limit he said I had too make some dummy charges is this real please help me out

Scam/phishing. Apple will never call you unless you called them and asked for a call back.
