Email regarding payment issues for my iCloud storage I received an email this morning from Apple; telling me my iCloud storage (50g) had been cancelled due to "unable to make payment'. I checked my payment info and it was correct, except the CVS number wasn't seen. I added the numbers. How do I reestablish my iCloud storage plan?

Cloud + Hello I’m a bit confused I received an Email from Apple on 9/20/21 stating that my ICloud + was upgraded for free witch was cool then on 9/24/21 days later I receive another Email stating that I have no cloud storage and should upgrade to ICloud + for .99 a month could you please explain what is going on and Why ? Because now my phone my not work at full capacity !

Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
