I lost my iPhone 7 and then found it, but now it is disabled

ok , let me put down this way , i lost my phone ....and has then found it ....but now it is disabled , how can i unlock it , whithout losing my data ...not i did not do recent backup on my Macbook ....i have all my data to verify that i am the owner , i have phone box also i have my Apple ID , also password , already made backup before on my Macbook ... you must provide a way to unlock it without losing my data

Once disabled, there is no possibility of saving or backing up data. The only way to reset the screen lock passcode is to erase the device with a restore in iTunes. This is a deliberate design feature of iOS to ensure that no one, no one at all, can gain access to a device’s data without the passcode. Apple cannot help you either as they don’t know your screen lock passcode and they have no hidden mechanism to reset it on anyone’s device (other than to restore it in iTunes, wiping the data in the process).
