How do I move a single Contact from “All on my Mac” group to iCloud?
Export the Contact, open iCloud.com > Contacts, Click the "gear" icon and select "Import vCard..."
Export the Contact, open iCloud.com > Contacts, Click the "gear" icon and select "Import vCard..."
Drag it from the All on My Mac to a group in iCloud.
Then remove it from whatever groups it was in On My Mac.
