Xs max wont allow camera permissions to apps

My xs max wont let apps allow access to the camera. On the regular permissions screen for the app there is just no option to enable camera access and if I go through the camera settings it says there are no apps requesting permission to the camera. Anyone else experiencing the same thing/know a fix? P.s. Both me and my girlfriend got the xs today so they are both brand new and both having the same problem.

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, Realshakyy.

If I understand your post correctly, an app that both you and your girlfriend are using is unable to use the camera on your iPhone or her iPhone. I’d like to help.

Follow the steps in this article:

If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open

Let us know if that resolves this issue for you.
