Random pop up about asking to allow my iPhone to change the Apple ID password

I randomly got a pop up on my phone I don’t remember exactly what it said but it said something along the lines of “Allow this iPhone to change the Apple ID password” something like that. i didn’t click yes or no due to the shock of it popping up and it disappeared I ran as fast as I could and reset my password two times. did my iPhone get hacked I’m really worried that it did.

Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. If you find one, change your password.
