Mojave - mute function button (F10) not working

Hello,

since I've updated my macbook pro (model A1502) to Mojave 10.14.1 and now my mute button is not properly working.

Using iTunes or any other software, it sometimes decrease the volume, sometimes do nothing, sometimes mute the mac.

With Mojave 10.14.6 still not working!!!

Any suggestion to solve this issue?

It maybe a sign of failing keyboard. Suggest making an appointment with Apple Store or Authorized Service Centre and have it looked at.
