does anyone know why apple refuse to do anything about a issue with signia hearing aids model pure charge & go 5nx which are compatible with iPhone 7 but will not send notifications of text messages or emails to the hearing aids now signia say it's a problem with Iphone because the test's they have done on other type's of smart phone this issue does not happen so does anyone know how to get apple to deal with this issue??

iPhone 11 lack of text message sound notification thru Resound hearing aids This has been an ongoing issue and it seems like no one has a solution. Even with ios 14.6 update the problem still exists. My Resound hearing aids have pairing problems at times but the lack of no notification text message tone is totally unacceptable. Is there a solution??
