iPhone 11 lack of text message sound notification thru Resound hearing aids

This has been an ongoing issue and it seems like no one has a solution. Even with ios 14.6 update the problem still exists. My Resound hearing aids have pairing problems at times but the lack of no notification text message tone is totally unacceptable. Is there a solution??
