After upgrading to IOS 14.1 a few weeks ago, my iPhone will not pair with my Oticon hearing aids. My audiologist checked everything she could regarding the hearing aids, which are working well. Anyone else have this problem and a solution to it?
I can confirm that update to 14.2.1 fixes all the similar issues I was having with my Resound hearing aids ( failure to pair prior to 14.2; the 14.2.1 also fixed intermittent connectivity to one or the other hearing aid, noise, etc.). So far seems real "solid".
Same problem with Resound hearing aids. (iPhone 12 Pro, but I think it is iOS, not the phone model)
The iPhone (14.1, 12-Pro) will pair with a 2011 Honda minivan and with Anker Bluetooth headphones, so it seems to be somewhat specific to hearing aids (which are ~ 2 years old).
I did a hard reset on my phone, and the hearing aids then paired with it.
I think it is the iPhone 12. Bluetooth streaming from my iPad on iOS 14.1 works great with my Resound LiNX3D hearing aids, but I've tried 2 different iPhone 12 Pros and they will pair, but sound is garbled and are constantly dropping and reconnecting.
I also tried a hard reset and had no better results.
