Bottom Half of Screen is flickering on MacBook Pro

Hi,

The bottom half of my Macbook Pros screen flickers red or black for a second. I took a screen recording and it flickered while it was recording. I played the video back but it didn't show up. I also tried a Apple Diagnostic Test but it came up with no issues. Please let me know if you have any solutions to this?
