You need to provide sufficient funds to pay any applicable sales tax.
How much do we need to pay for the taxes? I only want a drawing app the coasts for $9.99 and I have $10, is $0.01 enough for the tax?
How much tax you pay would depend on where you live, and what the tax rate is. For my area a purchase of $9.99 would have to add &1.50 in tax, so $0.01 won’t be nearly enough.
