When you send in requests to have iTunes support call you over 10 times and they send you a response back that they tried and could not reach you when you have your phone right beside you showing no incoming calls from Support or any missed calls, What do you do next?

Try chat instead? Do you have a feature that blocks anonymous inbound calls? I can imagine that Apple would shield their outgoing numbers.
