After I changed the carrier, iMessage and Facetime stopped working

After I changed the carrier, iMessage and Facetime stopped working. I’ve tried a bunch of things including network reset and just waiting, doesn’t work. Besides that my number is not showing up in the phone setting. (carrier does support imessage, a friend of mine has the same carrier and it does work on his phone)

For anyone having trouble, first make sure you actually have enough money on your sim, so that icloud can verify/identify your number. If that didn’t help try rebooting your phone.
