I am trying to setup our website to accept Apple Pay but the process to verify our domain keeps failing for our development environment; however, works for our production environment.
The error is "verification failed for domain".

Hi Welafever, unless I am missing something but the link doesn't provide a solution to the issue I am having. I am trying to setup a certificate for the merchant account created so that we can accept Apple Pay.
A screenshot maybe more helpful. I am trying to setup a merchant domain but it is failing the validation - you are supposed to create a ".well-known" folder and place the file "apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association.txt" in there. It just keeps say "verification failed for domain".
I am able to successfully validate another domain, the error is just not clear.
