Do I still need a AppleCare if I have been using the phone for more then 2 years?

You can't get Applecare once you're outside the original 60 day purchase window anyway. You can't renew it either. So the simple answer is "no" because you can't get it anyway.

If you have AppleCare already, the coverage only lasts for 2 years.
