Can a subtitle be placed under screen shot icons on desktop?

Thank you SO much, simple, you are the first to give me useful answer:). and now one more question just occurred to me which I have yet to find an answer to: my screen shots all seem to zip over to one side. I use to be able to place them on the desktop where I choose to, now, all of a sudden the zap off to one side, can't find anything in system preferences to change this annoyance,
I have found that any icon placed by the system will usually start near the hard drive icon on right and then put itself wherever there is room going from top to bottom. I simply allow that and then drag them where I want. I keep a pretty bare desktop, so I name them and file them away or print and then delete them.
You can rename it - highlight it (click once), hit "enter" and the field will change. Delete and then type in a name. Hit enter again - done.
You can only change the filename, but not add a subtitle under a filename.
Open a Finder window, choose your Desktop in the Sidebar and press command-j keys. On the pop-up menu choose "Arrange by" = None and "Sort by" = None.
great help thank you all.
