Apple Watch Series 4 1st degree burn on wrist

My Apple Watch Series 4 left 2 first-degree burns on my wrist during my eight hour shift at work. I bought this watch like around July 20th, (about 5 weeks ago) and I have never had a problem with it until now.

The skin sweat that develops under the watch is normal and and I usually take it off and clean it every 3 to 4 hours depending if i am in a sweaty environment, but yesterday during my eight hour shift at work, I didn’t really take it off all day, so when I was on my way home from work I found my skin being extremely itchy (for the first time). And when I checked my wrist, I noticed the two burns and a little bit of water coming out of one of the burn bubbles. I ignored went home and charged it overnight, and put it back on this morning. And 3 to 4 hours later I notice The burn getting alittle worse... Should I be concerned?

I don’t know much about radiation, but my first guess is that.

I really love my Apple Watch, it does wonders, well I have to say this really has me concerned.

Until now, I have not worn my Apple Watch until i see a solution to this matter.

I am attaching a picture below.
