Streaming in church

Does Apple currently offer an account for streaming music for churches? We have people scheduling weddings and funerals who want to stream specific songs for their celebrations. We know that the terms and conditions of a personal Apple Music account don't allow for this. We also know that broadcast of music outside of the confines of a congregational worship service require a special license.

I see an app on the AppStore that looks like it offers this for iOS devices, but it isn't from Apple. Can anyone comment on this?
