I bought a Series 3 Apple Watch from a guy, when I got home to set it up it said he had an activation lock on it and he needs to delete the watch from his phone. When I asked him to do so, he blocked me. So now I have no way to get into the watch I bought. Is there anyway I can do it without him?

2. Generally, only a receipt from an Apple Store or authorized reseller will be accepted. If it comes from anywhere else, the watch may have been(and yours likely was) stolen somewhere along the line.
