Endnotes: multiple references to a single note. In Pages

Is it still not possible to have multiple references to the one endnote in Pages? Last thread I found on this was from 2011 (and it talked about footnotes, but in Pages they're interchangeable).

"Is it still not possible…"

To the best of my knowledge (I'm a few versions behind in my ability to test it), yes, it is still not possible.

For sequential references to the same note, use the very familiar "ibid"

For references separated from previous ones, you could use "see note #" with # replaced by the number of the note identical to this one, or "Jones, 2xxx", repeating enough of the first reference to identify it.

Barry
