How can get a refund for an app i purchased?

I was charged a fee for a renewal subscription that i purchased a year ago and forgot about and I would like to get a refund. I cancelled the subscription but need to know how to get my payment back. Thanks.

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
