Apple subscription took $55 out when it stated was a free trial
I clicked on an app and that said free 7 day trial and as soon as I did it it took $55 out of my account I wish to get a refund but Apple never sent me an email

If it shows as a charge on the account's purchase history and isn't just a : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support, contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
