Got email saying i have showtime sub and i’ll be charged $93 but i don’t see it in purchase history. What do us do?

Got this email saying i’m going to be charged$93 dollars for Showtime.

That's because it's not a genuine email from iTunes, it's a poor phishing email ('we need to click below and sign in' etc.) - you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.
