Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that you'd like to delete purchases from showing in your Apple ID purchase history.
While you cannot permanently delete anything from your purchase history, you can hide purchases:
Hide App Store purchases - Apple Support
Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support
