Apple ID sign in

Using my iCloud account requested Apple ID to sign in. I was in North Vancouver when I signed in. When I log in theres a message that the Apple ID requested is being used to sign in on the web near Vernon,B.C..and asking me if I allow to use it or not.

Question 1 Why is it the signing in of Apple ID requested was already used on a web near

Vernon, BC?

Q-2. Changed password many times, thinking if somebody use my accounts changing different password may help, however to no avail.

Tried many times using same iCloud account and same password requesting Apple ID to sign in however, same messages was received.

Q-3 kindly help me to resolved this issues? Your prompt attention is highly appreciated. Thank u

If this is an e-mail you received, or a popup on the screen,  about the time you were actually logging in, there is probably nothing to worry about. The location in the e-mail is where your ISP reported it. If their servers are in a location distant from you, there will be a large error.
