Hi.
The Apple Pay function on my Apple Watch 4 series has suddenly stopped working. I double tap the side wheel but doesn’t bring up my bank card like it used to. Have I changed a setting somehow?

TO use Apple Pay on your Watch you double press the Side Button (the pill shaped one) that’s right below the Crown.
They aren’t having trouble adding a card to Wallet, they’re have a problem with accessing Apple Pay on the Watch.
