The screen is zoomed out when using with my projector. Theres also a blue box around everything and it scrolls automatically between each setting

Verify the accessibly settings. Possibly a zoom got activated accidentally.

‘A1625’ would be an Apple TV (4th generation), capable of running the latest release software (tvOS 12.4.1).

To see if the Zoom feature is on, try navigation to

Settings﹥General﹥Accessibility﹥Zoom﹥Off|On

If it is already Off, then something else unrelated is happening. Please confirm.
