If the tracks that you bought are still in the store, and if you haven't moved countries since buying them nor hidden them, to redownload them : Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support

Thank you, however in following those directions, there should be a small cloud type of icon on my album cover and there is not. Nor are there any on any of the albums I have purchased. They all the an X in the left top to hide, but no cloud
