Oh dear... Keynote has stopped responding on iCloud.com

Hi all, I've encounter some issues with the iWork web apps on iCloud.com, as reported in another post within the forum. Fortunately - after a bit of tinkering - I figured out a way to resolve the issue but have now noticed something pop up in its place. Previously web apps would fail to open. Now they do, and can be used as normal, however the following error message appears after a return to the Launchpad... "Keynote has stopped responding" (please see screenshot below).



I've attached the 'details' for folk who like to explore error messages and would love your thoughts on this matter. Any ideas on how to get things working normally again?

Did you ever happen to figure this out? I'm having the same trouble, and I'm thinking it's related to one of the extensions I have installed, Grammarly.


I turned them all off, then turned them back on, one by one. It seems iCloud crashes about 10-20 seconds after I enable Grammarly every time. Chrome is fine, it's just Safari using Pages or Numbers. I assume Keynote would do the same thing if I tried it.

@ironhulk, for now the issue seemed to have resolved itself (fingers crossed). I also considered Grammarly the culprit and disabled the extension. The issue did not appear in other browsers or OS's. Are you still having the problem?


After discussions with a senior Apple adviser last week I was told a small amount of iCloud users had been experiencing the same issue. Perhaps it was something server side that has since been resolved? The issue does not happen on beta.icloud.com, which would lead me to believe the problem is down to behind-the-scenes stuff in prep for the new iOS/OS.
