Sudden poor reception

Are there any Diognostic’s for my iPhone 8? Suddenly have poor communications both hearing and being heard. Had satellite internet installed, but that shouldn’t interfere. I’m in the high dessert of Az

Test away from your home and see if you still have problems.

If so, start with contacting your carrier. If they don't find any problems, make an appointment at an Apple store for help.
