Trying to purchase Roblox Robux

We downloaded an iTunes GC under my son’s Apple ID on his new phone, iPhone Xr.

However he wants to purchase robux on his iPad with that iTunes gift card but it keeps saying the purchase could not be made.

Hmmmm. Perhaps reach out to iTunes Support about using the gift card on the iPad.

I do have one suggestion. Have him purchase and download the app to his iPhone. Once it has been purchased, as long as he is absolutely using the same Apple ID on his iPhone and iPad, he can then download the app from his purchased library to his iPad.
