I have been trying to cancel my iTunes music for the past 5 years. It's impossible to contact anyone. STOP TAKING MY MONEY!!! I demand a full refund or I will be contacting the ombusman.

Assuming you mean Apple Music (there is no 'iTunes music' subscription) : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
If you want to contact iTunes Support there are multiple ways to do so e.g. at the top right of every page on here you will fund a 'contact support' link, or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html, or https://twitter.com/AppleSupport etc.
