I’m reaching out to please ask you to refund me please the payment they was withdrawn from my apple account for Apple Music, but the subscription for it was cancelled in the summer already!


could you please clarify what’s the case?

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
