Apple Card- Enhanced ID - Unable to Verify Identification information
Apple Card application is failing to recognize real or enhanced ID cards

It is - it’s a month old too.
I chatted Ted with supper for about the 15th time. Apparently, if the Apple Card application populates an old mailing address... you must cancel that application and update the mailing address for your iCloud and apple wallet accounts.
The application will will then populate the correct address and end up submitting successfully.
I have no idea why you can’t manually change the address in the application
