Final Cut Pro Sound Effects folder missing in Apple Loops

Hey guys!

I am trying to add custom audio clips and folders to the Photos and Audio sidebar in FCPX. I know I have to go to /Library/Audio/Apple Loops/Apple/Final Cut Pro Sound Effects/.

However, Final Cut Pro Sound Effects folder is not there. Furthermore, when I try to look at the sounds in GarageBand folder in FCPX (10.4.6), I don't see them either despite the fact that there's Apple Loops for GarageBand in Apple Loops.

Can anyone help me figure this out please?
