cannot start ask siri

I think one of the speakers isn't working. I cannot set up "hey Siri" on my iPhone 8.

Thanks for your reply. I chatted online with an Apple support person for over an hour. We exhausted all possible troubleshooting solutions. We ultimately determined that my front speaker is damaged. I have an appointment to have the phone looked at and repaired.
