I downloaded a music video and imported it to iTunes.
It is in mp4 format and will play in itunes film library but I can't convert it to mp3 to play in my itunes music library.
I have followed previous steps suggested here but when I right click on the video it does not offer an option to convert to mp3.
I am using an HP laptop with Windows 10 NOT a Mac.
Any help would be appreciated please.

I use this all the time. Open this site, upload your MP4 (can take a while), hit convert and copy the MP3 into your iTunes Library.
I'm afraid this reply is of no use. Naturally I checked Google before going to the trouble of registering etc for this forum. I am well aware of solutions out there, the point is they don't work!
