Does watch fall detection and/or cellular work in Andorrà?

Fall detection emergency calls require some kind of cellular service to reach the outside world, either through the paired iPhone if it is within Bluetooth range, or direct from the Apple Watch if it is the LTE version. It should work everywhere with the Series 4 and latest software updates.

Useful, but I read somewhere about Apple rolling rolling out support for fall detection to more countries, inferring it doesn’t work except where they have arranged with countries that it does.

Same for watch cellular. That didn’t work on the 4G network in Andorra 2 years ago.

Network and WiFi are highly speed state of the art but I think there has to be an Apple-Provider agreement.
