activation lock

Hello Apple

i got iPhone 6s Plus 128gb blacklist status: clean with at&t SIM card in it from abroad but has activation lock on it.

i can provide the imei number if you care, it’s not a stolen phone I just want it to be useful because I don’t want to loose the 128gb

So, here's what happened.

This purchase was a fraud. It's a very popular one – selling the locked devices.

As long as you are not an original owner of this iPhone, you have no proof of purchase and it's locked not to your Apple ID, Apple wont remove the Activation Lock from it.

Unfortunately, this device is completely useless to you.

What can you do is to send it back to your uncle and ask him to bring it to the place where he purchased it or to the police station.

I'm sorry, there's no there way.
