i got iPhone 6s Plus 128gb blacklist status: clean with at&t SIM card in it from abroad but has activation lock on it.
i can provide the imei number if you care, it’s not a stolen phone I just want it to be useful because I don’t want to loose the 128gb

This purchase was a fraud. It's a very popular one – selling the locked devices.
As long as you are not an original owner of this iPhone, you have no proof of purchase and it's locked not to your Apple ID, Apple wont remove the Activation Lock from it.
Unfortunately, this device is completely useless to you.
What can you do is to send it back to your uncle and ask him to bring it to the place where he purchased it or to the police station.

The only way to remove the activation lock is to contact the prior owner. Without their help, you will never be able to use that phone. Your uncle lost money on that purchase.
No one will contact you by email.
Where did you get this iPhone from?
Actually my uncle buy refurbished goods and send them to Nigeria to resell, the iphone is among those goods he sent to me here, so I got it from my uncle in the state
