How do I accept "Pages" on the Account Page in the app store? I'm not finding this option.

If you are on Mojave, launch the Mac App Store application, and in its left, lower panel, your user icon and name will appear there. Click on that link, and it should take you to a page where there is an Accept category with a list of applications that you can select. Once this is done, you should be able to use the Pages, Numbers, and Keynote applications that were preinstalled on your new 2019 Apple hardware.
