How do I share my plan with others after purchasing?

i have upgraded my i cloud storage to share with my husband, what do I have to do next to share the storage?

It says that you can share the storage with a family member. My wife already has the 200GB plan and I have the 50GB plan. I am being told that I need more. How do I share with my wife???
