apple wallet locked

I verified my identity, Put in all my information just for it to lock. What is the reason? All my information is 100% correct so I'm not understanding

So they restricted my apple wallet cause they couldnt verify my identity when i gave them all my info address ssn and pic of my VALID ID can someone tell me why they couldnt when i can prove i am who i am how do i unlock my wallet from restrictions even after i did everything i need to to prove i am who i am but they somehow are too slow to realize what i sent to verify my identity was all facts even my VALID ID WAS SENT as well as ssn address and such

Locked Apple ID If Apple ID is locked for security reasons, and to verify my identity its asking for my CVV of my credit card that can only be accessed if I sign into my Apple ID. Is there any other way to verify my identity? It is impossible to add my Apple Card to my Wallet without signing in to my Apple ID. I can not wait 25 days. Can someone give me solutions and options?
