Can't update = Security update 2019-004 10.13.6 from App store, sends me to, available updates have changed - show details, i click on update and it goes back again to available updates have changed.
how to unlock this carousel?

Restart in Safe Mode and try installing again. There may be something interfering with the installation process.

I found the problem it was Firefox. I am installing now downloading from Safari

But when clicling the file: SecuUpd2019-004 HighSierra. dmg, I get a window...
the following disk images couldn't be opened.
