restart of a device

I have an iPhone XS that has started to show me the starting screen (apple logo) intermittently without any previous input from me. I already tried to force a restart (volume up+lock and volume up, volume down, lock) without success. At the moment I am not able to connect it to any computer. Do you have any sequence that I can use to restart my device?

You have already tried the method for a forced restart. At this point I would click on the Contact Support link at the top right side of this page to start the service process.
