Can i sync more then one iPhone to my MacBook???

I currently have a MacBook Pro and my phone is synced to my Mac. I wanna sync my wife's phone to my Mac as well. is this possible? I plug her phone in and It says to set up as new device and I don't want to delete her info. She doesn't have her phone currently backed up to any computer. I also read I can make her own user on my Mac ands that should allow her to sync the phone. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance everyone.

It’s only asking if you want to sync it as a new device on your iTunes setup. It won’t delete anything without a specific instruction.
