Please tell me exactly where I go to set my walking to "indoor." I've looked on my iPhone and don't see where I set that on my Apple watch 4. I'm a newbie. Please don't assume I know where to start. Thank you.

Thanks for the response but unfortunately it's not helping. I have already gone to this link several times. I need to find the place on my phone or watch where it allows me to select "indoor walking." I haven't found it.
Thanks but nothing like "Indoor Walk" comes up. I turned on "Detect Gym Equipment" in hopes it would recognize that I have a treadmill (it's old but does have a digital display), but still nothing that says "Indoor walk." Oh well, the treadmill will tell me when I've walked my usual time/distance but was just hoping to see what "Calories" would show. Thanks.
Hi. Yes, I installed the latest update a day or so ago. The word "Indoor" just isn't showing up. I'm sure it's there and I'm just not accessing something correctly. I will go into an Apple store soon. Thanks so much for your patience and help.
On your Apple Watch tap on Settings then tap on Workouts and scroll to "Indoor Walk".
