If you are receiving one set of text messages on iPhone and one set of messages on iPad and do not have them synced to both receive the same conversation would all messages still sync to Apple Watch, Possible or not?

Sorry to say that it’s not possible to have messages from both iPad & iPhone sync to Apple Watch.
If you have 1 Apple Watch & 2 iPhones, you can only pair this Apple Watch with 1 iPhone one at a time.
Also, to have an optimal experience with Apple Watch, an iPhone is required.
