i have connected charger on my iPad Air, the apple icon pops up as it switches on, but after turning on, there is no sign of charging, even the lighting icon on the battery doesnt show up. what could be the problem and how can i solve it?
As noted, without the lightning icon on the battery, it isn’t charging. Have you tried a different cable and charging block plugged into a wall outlet?
